Rounding Numbers

I'm trying to round a number that is currently in a cell with one formula
already there. The current formula is:
=PrDed!C8*B1
What I need to do is make sure that number is rounded to only 2 decimals,
but I can't firgure out how to add the rounding function. Everytime I add
it, I get the result of $0.00 rather than the number it should be.
