Rounding time

I have a time sheet that I created with the help of your templates. I am
trying to round the ending weeks time but an unable to.
Exp: end of week 1 I have 40. reg and 1.45 OT
Week 2 I have 40 Regular and .38 OT, if you ass them as they look it totals
1.83, By adding the cells you get 1.84. I need the end result to be 1.83,
not rounding the two cells together.
Can you help me?
