routing and a notices/reminders

i have a form that gets routed throughout the department. after a user fills
in the form they submit to sharepoint and it sends an email. i created a data
connections that emails them telling them they have a new form to review.
problem is people are forgetting to go review the form. is there anyway to
have a reminder emailed to the to the person?
