I am trying to route an Excel workbook to several
recipients one at a time. (They are to recieve tha
workbook, make changes and route to the next person..etc)
and then have the workbook route back to me. The problem
is, I have attached a routing slip and routed it to a
person, but that person cannot route the workbook either
to me or to anyone else. They get an error
message "general mail failure. Please restart excel". I
have tried this on several different people and it
continues to happen. I can route Word documents just fine,
but excel docs give this message. I do not know what to
do?????!!
