Hi all
I have recently sent a document to a number of colleagues via the routing
method. It has worked fine (other than one of them being off so the routing
stopped at them and was unable to go any further?).
The problem/query I have, you have two methods you can route a document -
one after the other or all at once. To alleviate the problem of the routing
being stopped if one of the recipients is away from the office, I realise you
can send it 'all at once'. However, what's the difference between doing it
this way and just sending out a normal e-mail with 'track changes' on it?
Thank you.
