Routing error message when trying to Route a file

Good afternoon;
One of my colleagues is receiving a message in Outlook
2000 when she tries to route a file. It is telling her
that Outlook is not set up a her default client. She was
recently upgraded to a laptop and I have a feeling that
something is not set-up entirely. She is running Windows
2000 from a server. Everyone else has no problem. Where
can I begin to look.I Opened Control Panel, Mail,
Microsoft Exchange Server, and properties. Her settings
look the same as mine. She seems to think it has to do
with her address book. I think it has something to do with
the exchange settings themselves. Can someone point me in
the right direction?
Thanks in advance.
