Routing Recipient feature removed from Excel 2007??

The company I work for have a small majority of users who utilise Excel
2003's Routing Recipient feature for an expense reporting workflow process.
I've recently heard that this feature (Routing Recipient) has been removed
from Excel 2007... is this true??

Peo, thanks for the response.

If anyone from Microsoft is reviewing this list, has a statement confirming
the removal of this feature been posted on the MS website?? I had a look but
couldn't find anything.
