Row Charts

I am trying to create two different axes on a row chart. I am able to have
two different y axes but i cant figure out how to make two x-axes. Can it
even be done or am i just wasting my time

I am not sure what a row chart is, but select the chart, <chart><chart
options><axis> and select secondary x axis.
