Row Height in Ledger Sheet

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel I selected a ledger sheet template, and I am trying to make all the rows taller.

It will not let me select any row other than the very first row.

There is no "diamond" in the corner to select all rows.

There is nothing in the drop down menus or the formatting bars to select all rows.

So how do I adjust the height of all rows in a ledger sheet?

By nature of their design the empty rows of a ledger sheet can't be selected
in the same way as a normal sheet because they effectively "don't exist"
until they have content. Use the keystroke Command+A to Select All then
adjust the Row Height by dragging the bottom edge of the first row or by
going to Format> Row> Height to enter a value. If you use the dragging
method the Heading row will be resized as well, so you may have to reduce it
manually. The menu method, however, will not affect the height of the row
containing the Headings.
