Row Spacing in a Report

When viewing or printing a report the default seems to be double
spacing. Can this be changed to single spacing to conserve the number
of pages being printed?

The row spacing is determined by the height of the detail section of the
report; simply open it in design mode and drag the bottom bar of the detail
section closer to the controls that contain the data to reduce row height.

The spacing between detail records is controled by the blank
area in the report's detail section of the report. Most
likely, all you have to do is drag the detail section's
bottom edge up to the bottom of the controls.
