Rows splitting across page -"keep with next" turned off!

My document has suddenly started moving rows onto the next page.
I've checked the only two reasons I know for this:
Format/Paragraph/"keep with next". This is NOT ticked.
Table/table properties/"allow row to break across pages" This IS ticked.
Orphan control is also OFF
I've looked at the underlying text styles as well, and they seem ok.

My deadline is approaching...please help!

When you were checking on "Keep with next," did you happen to look at "Page
break before"? Much less likely but certainly a possibility.
