Rows to repeat at top - doesn't save changes

I have a file with 15 sheets. Some of them are imported from a non-Microsoft
software.

With the sheets that are imported, when I go to 'Page Setup' and enter rows
to repeat at top, I click on 'OK' but it doesn't save changes (the rows to
repeat). Also I've noticed it doesn't save changes for Print Area. The other
sheets seems to be fine.

What could be the problem? And how can I overcome the matter?

The problem may be the method in which the file is saved. You say it is
imported. I assume as text. Do you save it as a text file? If so these
things can not be retained. Save the imported and modified file as an Excel
file.
