goto the row you want>right click>insert>row>entire row
or
select a row NUMBER>right click>insert

My guess...

You want to enter text in a cell and have it display on two lines.

Enter some text then hit ALT + ENTER to insert a carriage-return then type
some more text.

Set to wrap text and autofit.
