RPC configuration issue

Just downloaded the trial version of Office 2007. Two web-based mailboxes
were configured and worked. I tried to configure RPC over http for my work
mail. The message: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook
window. The set of folders cannot be opened and the store is not configured.
I've attempted to remove the configuration through the mail icon when
outlook was closed. Only the web-based mailbox configuration was seen.
Advice sought on how to resolve this.
