RPC error

Lately i encountered the above mentioned error while i was
serving the web. Within a short period of time, the system
will automatically prompt me these error message and
requested me to restart my computer. Please advice me the
way forward to solve these error as i'm not certain
whether these is a system setup error or an internet
application error.
