I´m using Office Enterprise 2007 RTM on Windows Vista RTM. I´m using the new
RSS feature on Outlook 2007, and it works perfectly when I subscribe to a new
feed. But, when I try to update my RSS Feeds folder I get this kind of error
for each one of my feeds:
"Task 'RSS Feeds' reported error (0xC6240155) : 'Synchronization to RSS
Feed:"http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/rss.aspx" has failed. Outlook cannot
download the RSS content from http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/rss.aspx because
of a problem connecting to the server.'"
I read and tried Patrick Schmid tip for fixing this in Beta 2, and it works
fine the first time I open Outlook 2007 after deleting the .sharing.xml.obi
file. But, when I do a second sync, the problem comes again. In Windows Vista
I couldn´t find the "Documents and Settings\username\Local
Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook" folder, but I found a
"C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook" folder, which I think is
the equivalent.
Is this a known issue of Office 2007 RTM? Is there any workaround?
Thanks,
