RSS Feeds don't display in Send and Receive groups

I can't get my RSS feed group to show in the Send/Receive groups, so they are
not getting updated.

How do I add my existing RSS feeds so Outlook will sync them when I send and
receive email?

Where exactly are you looking? The place to be is;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Setup-> button Send/Receive-> button Edit...->

RSS section doesn't show in this window. Only my email accounts that are
configured.

Do your RSS Feeds still work?
Are your RSS Feeds listed when going to;
Tools-> Account Settings...-> tab RSS Feeds

No, they don't show under that tab at all.

Am I going to have to re-add them all?

Yes, apparently none of them configured anymore and only the folders are
left.
In some occasions the RSS Feeds will reactivate and re-subscribe themselves
when selecting the corresponding RSS Folder.
If you have Outlook set to sync the feeds with the Common Feed List in
Windows, then disabling that option, restarting Outlook and enabling that
option again might sync them back into Outlook as well.
