RSS Feeds into Outlook 2007, erro 0XC2040155

Whenever I click on send and receive in Outlook, I get error #0XC2040155,
effectively stating it couldn't find the server, yet all the RSS feeds do
show up in that folder.

Anyone have any solutions to eliminate the error message?
