RSS to email converter for Outlook

Is there a Microsoft RSS converter which allows you to generate an email
based on an RSS feed from without Outlook?

It's for a work PC so ideally I'm looking for a Microsoft own solution
rather than a 3rd party solution.

What are you trying to do? There might be a better way than within Outlook.

There is no rss to email converter but you could probably write some VBA to
forward RSS feeds.
