Hello,
I'm writing a software in java which uses RTF as a medium to cut and
paste data into word (and others). The RTF contains pictures in
macpict (quicktime) format.
On MacOS X, with the latest version of word, the cut and paste works
apparently fine, and the result appears in word . I had, however a
problem importing the result to indesign, and, looking at the result
file once saved by word in another RTF file, it appears that a
spurious "0" byte had been added at the end of my included picture (it
wasn't in the original data). Suppressing it allowed the picture to be
included in indesign.
Now, I'd like to know if word has some specific requirement as to any
RTF data it might receive from the clipboard, especially as far as
vector pictures are concerned.
Best regards,
S. Rosmorduc
