RTF Engine Different in W98 then W2K?

Group,

Our Access 2000 application generates an RTF file that we
pull into Word to tweak and then send. On Windows 98
PC's, the RTF outputs fine.

On Windows 2000 Pro and Windows XP Pro, the same code on
Access 2000 generates a different RTF file that needs much
work to get it ready to send.

Can anybody help on this?
