[RTF] Includepicture->sizing

Hello,

I'm using the RTF codes {\field{\*\fldinst {INCLUDEPICTURE "C:\\\\directory
\\\\picture.jpg" \\* MERGEFORMAT \\d}}{\fldrslt}} to display a picture in a
RTF document. I'de like to specify the display size (heigth/width) of the
picture, but I have no idea how to do that. Does anyone know if it's
possible, and if so, how?
