I have a database built in Access 2002-2003 which outputs reports as .rtfs
either for email using SendObject or to save on a network drive using
OutputTo. Recently, one of the users of this database has had issues whether
the /paperh setting forthe RTF is defaulting to zero, instead of the regular
default of 15840. When this happens, the file can open in Word, but it is in
Draft view which doesn't allow the document to be printed/print
previewed/etc. One day this week, all of her RTF files were normal, but the
day before and the day after both had problems.
I'm hoping someone has seen this before, knows what causes it, and can point
me to a resolution.
As always, thanks for the support....
