rtf question

I have a database that contains a field that holds the code of a rtf
document I would like to merge tihis into word so that each page of the
merged document correctly displays the rtf document contained in each
database record .
if anyone knows how to do this or if this is possible please let me know.

I have an application which does a simlar thing with html.
I create an html document with a table of the values I want to merge,
save the table and use the table as the source for the merged document.
You should be able to do this with rtf fields and it may even work better.

You can create an rtf table in code with the fields you want to merge.
Save the table as an rtf document and mailmerge using this table as the
datasource.
