I have successfully installed several of Stephan Lebans' RTF controls in my
A2K app. They work great!
Before I got it working, I encountered an error at this line in the Load
event:
DoCmd.ShowToolbar "RTF2", acToolbarYes
I was told that the RFT2 toolbar could not be found. To fix this, I created
a toolbar of that name in View/Toolbars/Customize/Toolbars[tab]/New and then
I "stuck some things on it" with Tools/Customize. The toolbar is now visible
in the Design View, and the error message is gone.
In the Form View, when using the RTF textbox, you change formatting (bold,
ital, etc.) by a menu that appears when you right-click.
So here is my question: is there a way to have the RTF2 toolbar appear
right on the form (or as a box positioned and visible on top of the form [or
some such]) in the form view?
In other words, can you duplicate the "look" of a word document where you
have the toolbar across the top with icons for the various common formating
operations?
Thankk you for any input.
