.rtf to .jpeg

I have an old cd-w with files in .rtf that automatically used note pad to
open. I want to save them in .jpeg instead of .rtf and copy onto a cd-rw. I
copied to desktop so far but can't find a program that will give me the
option of saving as .jpeg file. I have vista. office03 and trial office 07.
(works and word)

Use the *Snipping Tool* in the Start, Accessory Menu, do a capture of the page.
Save as .jpg.

Seems a bit odd that you would want to save as a jpeg, surely a pdf would be
more practicable?
