Can anyone tell me why when my boss receives a Rich Format Text formatted mail, Outlook tries to install MS Project??

Most likely something got damaged. Have you done a repair on Office and/or
Project already?

Thanks roady, I'll try repairing, I just wondered if something is triggering it. As Project isn't installed, where is it getting enough information to start installing it?? (albeit then asking for the source files)
