Rule Action Icons

What does the hammer and wrench icon mean in the Rules and Alerts Dialog box,
under the Actions Column ? It occurs on forwarding rules and assign to
category rules and i am sure other rules as well.

Tim -- I have the same problem. All my rules work with the exception of one
rule using the "forward" option and another rules using the "assign to"
option. Both of them have the "hammer & wrench" symbol and do not work
properly. I am using Outlook 2003 & Exchange 2003.
