Rule after reading

Is there anyway or suggestions for creating a rule that moves the EMAIL after it is read?

Outrlook doesn't support automatic rules for after reading, you can create
rules and use "Run now" to run them later.. A new app on the market called
Auto-mate works on read mail later.
