I am using Outlook 2003 and have configured several rules to route messages
to specific folders based on the email address. This makes things extremely
useful. But I am stuck with one last group of users who email me that I
would like automatically filtered out of my Inbox: those in the Global
Address List from Exchange. The closest I can figure out is to set up a rule
based on sender and select each and every individual user in the address
list, but this will become a maintenance nightmare as there's a lot of
employee turn over. Is this the only solution possible, or is there
something easier?
NOTE: Our global address list also has a large list of contacts in it (many
of which fall under other filters I have), so just saying "This address book"
probably won't be the best bet.
