I have set up in Octlook 07 rules that automatically put a incoming email in
a certain folder. However when I receive an email that was sent to me as a
member of a group and the members of that group have the rules I get as many
duplicate emails as number in the grou[ that match my rule. For example: I
have set a rule for each member of the Board of Directors to go the the
Company folder. Memjbers of the Board have created a group mailing list of
the other members. So when I receive an email sent to the Board I get the
message duplicated by the number of members.
Anyway to prevent this?
