Rule for entire email domain

Hi there.

I'm trying to find a way to set up a rule in Outlook 2003 that will move all
email from a particular email domain (i.e. <anyone>@xyz.com) to a folder
within my Inbox. I see where I can create a rule for a particular sender,
but I want any emails that come into my Inbox from *anyone* in a particular
domain to be moved.

Any help or point in the right direction would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Shawn

I tried using just the domain name (xyz.com), included the "@" sign
(@xyz.com), and just now tried your suggestion (*@xyz.com) but none of those
options worked.

Have you tried using *@domain.com as the e-mail address for the
sender?

Since rules don't recognize wildcards, this would not be a good idea because
it will never match anything. The proper condition is "with specific words
in the sender's address" where "specific words" is "domain.com" or simple
"domain".

Sweet. That worked. I also tried the "with specific words in sender's
address" and just used the "@xyz.com" and that worked too. Guess I just
needed to dig a little farther down the rule criteria list. :)

Thanks very much!
