Rule for forwarding email from a non-default email account

I am trying to create a rule to automatically forward all
arriving emails from my non-default email account. I was
successfull in automatically forwarding all inbound
messages from the default account, but I cannot figure out
how to automatically designate which account I send from
(I have two email accounts set up).

I am using AOL2POP to get my AOL email (this is my default
email account), but it is extremely slower in sending out
messages than my cable-modem email account (which is my
non-default email account). The reason I am forwarding
messages is to automatically send them to my cell-phone
email, so I can check my email while away from my computer.
