Rule for making phone call

How can I set up a rule to have a phone call made (to me) when I specific
person emails me.

My exchange admin tells me to ...."add it to your contacts"........???

Add what???

He's to busy (does lots of admin stuff) to reply in a timely fashion.

The phone number is my cell phone which is not part of my profile on the
server (as far as I can tell looking in the address book).

Any clue

Too little information to be able to even hazard a guess.

You need to describe what you want to have happen without assuming we know
your environment.

Outlook version? Exchange version? Do you have a corporate SMS solution in
place? What does your Exchange profile have to do with this query? If all
you need is a simple paging solution, you can try

to install software (which I hope it doesn't.)
