Rule for missing attachment

Does anyone have an Entourage 2008 rule for outgoing email where I have
forgotten to attach a document? Assume that the string "attach" appears
somewhere in the body of the email. The idea is to prevent the email from
being sent and display a message. The best I have been able to do is to
display the message AFTER the email has been sent. Thanks in advance.
