As new members join a project team, earlier email items are not available to
them unless they are forwarded. Also, email from the customer may continue to
be sent to the pre-existing team members. To save clogging Outlook by
continually forwarding messages or by sending more duplicates, I have asked
team members to save their incoming messages to an intranet-based project
folder, where documents and other items are stored. This would hopefully
reduce the number of locations that need to be searched to find email-based
information. I can use File, Save As to do this, but there's no option to
automate this process using a Rule (in Outlook 2003). How can I do this?
