In Outlook 2003 on an Exchange Server system, I am trying to find a way to
create a rule for moving or copying sent items, when the items are send On
Behalf Of another mailbox, from the user's Sent Items to the other mailbox's
Sent Items.
If I create a category with the other mailbox's name, and categorize the
message, I can get a copy sent to the other mailbox's Sent Items folder.
However, I am dealing with users with a limited set of skills an/or patience,
and do not want to walk them through the category creation and usage process.
(Also, there are more than two dozen users, plus they will come and go over
time.)
So I would like to be able to create a rule that will accomplish this but
cannot find anything in the conditions for rules for sent items that will
select messages sent On Behalf Of. Am I missing something? Or, is there
somewhere else to look? Or a registry key I can add?
Thank you!
