Rule in Error

I have two Outlook 2002 user on an Exchange 2000 server who are getting the
error of
Rules In error

Server - Requested Client Actions

Movecopy, Unable to create dest msg.

I have been searching all over for a solution and can't seem to find
anything other then I'm not alone.

I appreciate any help
