I have a user with many rules in her Outlook. I ran through all the
suggestions from Microsoft to reduce the size of the rules she uses, however,
if we try to use a personal distribution list we get:
"XXXX" is a personal distribution list that may not be used with this
feature. Would you like to use the individual members of "XXXX"
and then it becomes a list of names, which I believe defeats the purpose of
saving space.
The only way she can get her rules to work is to either start each manually
or to deactivate some of them. Even then, the ones that do work are to
forward to specific users and although the forward was done, the email does
not show in her Sent Items.
We are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated?
