To put it simply, i have a rule set up on my outlook 2003 that copies my
manager in to all my emails. and she has the same to be forwarded to her
manager for her emails.
I have a problem where Task updates etc i did, were sent back to her ( as
per usual ) but then were then forwarded onto her manager ( which we do not
want to happen ) - I solved this by popping into my rule "exept if subject
contains "Task Request" or "Task Accepted" etc.
However, the Meeting updates/requests are still doing the same thing, and i
can't find a way to stop them being forwarded by the rule. I can put "exept
if subject contains "Update"" into my rules, but i dont want to risk the rule
catching other emails.
I have tried the "exept if meeting or update" in the preset MS rules, but
this does not work.
Any help appreciated!
