I have setup a rule that runs everytime I send a message, to place a copy of
that sent message into another folder as well as the "Sent" folder. This
rule runs fine when I am online.
However, when offline, when I "send" messages, they are queued in the Outbox
(as expected). When I get back online, I hit "Send/Receive" and the messages
are sent from the Outbox and a copy is placed in the "Sent" folder, as
expected. However, in this case, the rule does not run to place a copy of
the sent email into the additional folder.
Even if I then go and run the Rule separately (Run Now), it still won't find
the queued and sent messages and run the rule on them.
I am using outlook 2003 with an IMAP account. Any ideas? Thanks.
