Rule Only Works Manually, not Automatically

I am running the following rule in Outlook 2007...

Apply this rule after the message arrives
with "Specific Words" in the subject
and on this machine only
move it to the Deleted Items folder
except through the "specified" account

The "Specific Words" are email Tags for yahoo groups. When I set this
rule up and have it run to items currently in my inbox, it works
flawlessy. However, after the rule is finished, it stops working and
allows those emails through. If I again open up the rule options, move
to the end of the option menu and have it run manually, it works again,
but no matter what it will not work on it's own.

Anyone know what's going on here? This used to work fine for me in
Outlook 2003. Thanks!

Delete the rule and recreate it in Outlook 07

I did a clean install of 2007 and recreated the rule from scratch.

I added the Run Rules Now button to the taskbar, but is there a way to
assign a taskbar button for one specific rule? I would be happy with
that.
