rule problem -mail folders

I have several email accounts and I would like to use Outlook
to move messages destined for specific email accounts into
separate folders in Outlook. It worked fine in Outlook Express,
and I tried to implement a 'similar' rule in Outlook... but no luck.
All my email messages just end up in the INBOX and do not get
moved into separate folders.

Can anyone offer suggestions as to how to do this?

Can rules from Express be imported into Outlook?
