Rule to forward e-mail but only between certain hours of the day

Is there anyway to get an Outlook rule in Exchange to forward e-mails
received during certain hours of the day. E.g. only e-mails received
at the weekend. Either using regular Exchange or with an add-in to
Exchange.

Ideally I would like the solution to forward only certain fields from
the e-mail.
