Rule to forward link to saved attachments

I get daily drilling reports and have created a custom rule which saves the
attachments on a shared network drive (Using the EZDetach Add-in). Everyday,
I must send the same hyperlink to these saved reports to the same
distribution group.

Is there a way I can automate this? Like - Can I make a rule which will
create a link to the saved files and forward it to the group using the same
subject line without the attachments?

I tried making a rule for the server to reply to the messages with a link
(which will show the subject line with each new date of the reports), but I
can't create a server rule with client-only rules.

Can anyone help?
