Rule to identify internal emails?

Is there a way to set up a rule that will filter all internal emails (or
external emails) to a particular folder? The goal is to separate the internal
emails from the external.

A rule could be setup to move incomin make based on - Sender is in specified Address Book. This would allow you to move anything internal to a specified folder. I would suggest a sub-folder of the inbox instead of moving it to a Personal Folder. This will keep it on the server. The external ones would be on the main inbox folder and the internal would be on the sub-folder.

Also check out the exception rules - example move all emails to specified folder except those from specified address list (Global Address List) would allow you to move the external ones to a sub-folder and keep the internal ones on the main folder of the inbox
