rule to move entire thread to folder

How do I move the entire thread to the folder ? (All responses to this
email, and all responses to responses, etc.)

You'd have to construct a rule that tests the message subject. You may also
find it convenient to enable the option to keep replies with original
messages in folders other than Inbox. See Tools>Options>E-mail
Options>Advanced E-mail Options.

Keeping replies to a message in the same folder as the message covers
replies (obviously) but not replies to replies ...
