Our email is stored remotely on the server and everyone has a certain limit
of what they can have in their box at any given time. Our average users have
no problem with autoarchive running every couple weeks but for some of our
reporting users this is far too infrequent. We can configure them for much
smaller intervals which works to some extent but on a large data transit day
even a single day archiving can be too infrequent. When limits in storage
are reached an automated email is sent to the user and their account is
locked until they drop below this limit.
Since we've had no luck increasing some of these limits for those affected
is there any way to set up either a script, application, or other such item
that can be used in conjunction with rules to trigger Outlook to Archive?
Even if it is just by autoarchive settings that would be acceptable. I just
can't seem to find anywhere where it's defined clearly enough for me to
understand.
