Rule Wizard

Hello,

I have a bit of a weird problem. In Oulook under the
Tools menu the Rules wizard does not appear I am running
Office XP withe SP2 appied. Also when I go to the
oraganize button and when that window opens I try click
on the rules wizard there and it does not open.

Any clues?
