Ruler again

Hi,

I need a little more information. I have a user with
Office W2K3 and in Word there is a ruler on the top of
the document, it comes and goes as it pleases, we have
ruler check maked in View I think it is. And it
continues to not stay in place.

ruler turns off and on with the type of view you select for a document
are you also changing the views ?

I don't believe they are changing views. Do you know what view stops it from
turning on and off?

ruler is not visible in Reading Layout and Outline in word 2003 be
default

goto your view menu and select print layout
